I used to dread the holidays. I’d restrict like crazy all week, then binge on the pie or wine at a party, wake up guilty, and spend hours on the treadmill trying to “make up for it.” My Apple Watch calories burned was my religion, and yet… my body never actually changed.

What I didn’t understand back then? You can’t diet your way to looking toned. Restriction doesn’t build muscle. Fueling does. And the holidays — with all the food, the fun, the sweaters covering you up — are actually the BEST time to lean into that phase.

Once I stopped fearing food and learned how to fuel + lift the right way, not only did my body finally change… but so did my confidence, my mindset, and honestly my whole life.

Now I teach women like you how to break free from the holiday guilt cycle and use this season to actually move forward instead of starting over in January.

For years, the holidays were my breaking point. I’d white-knuckle my way through every party, say no to dessert, obsess over “clean eating”… and then binge when I couldn’t take it anymore. Cue the guilt, the “I ruined everything” spiral, and the Monday do-over, again and again.

That cycle ran my life. Restrict. Binge. Repeat. And the wild part? It never worked. I was doing “everything right,” yet my body, and my mindset, were stuck in survival mode.

What finally changed was realizing food isn’t the enemy: fear and restriction are. Once I learned to fuel my body instead of fight it, everything shifted – my progress, my energy, and my confidence.

Now I help women do the same, to break free from the binge-restrict cycle and actually use the holidays to move forward, not fall back. Because this season isn’t something to survive. It’s your chance to grow. The food, the memories, the joy — they all belong here, and so do you.
