How long is the challenge?

6 weeks! It runs Monday, May 4th through June 21st, 2026.

What if I am traveling during those dates or there are dates during it that don’t work for me?

Even BETTER! Why? Because that’s representative of life - you’ll never be able to keep a perfect schedule and routine. This challenge is meant to teach you how to just build a sustainable one - one that can handle a few days off and how to get back on track.

Do I have to have a gym membership?

Nope! We have 2 different workout options - at-home or a gym! You get access to both, so you can choose which works best for you. You could even do some at a gym, and some at-home if you want!

How much time will I need each day?

Most daily tasks take under 20 minutes, and workouts are designed to fit into a busy schedule. You will have about ~15 minutes of video lessons per week!

Will I have to follow a strict meal plan?

Absolutely not. We’re here to help you ditch diet culture, not live by a list of “allowed” foods. You’ll learn how to fuel your body without restriction.

What’s the difference between General and VIP?

General Access includes the full challenge experience—workouts, lessons, community, and our EA Fat Loss Macro Calculator to generate a starting macro estimate.

VIP Coaching Access includes coach-set macros tailored to your diet history, training, and goals, plus two 1:1 progress check-ins with macro adjustments during the challenge.
